Linksys WPC100 RangePlus Wireless Notebook Adapter problem?

Okay I have Linksys WPC100 RangePlus Wireless Notebook Adapter that I am trying to get to work with my Dell Latitude laptop that is running XP version 2002. I get the adapter installed with the setup cd that came with it. It goes through the installation process just fie, but then stops and bring up the error "Loading WLAN.INI Error! C:\Program Files\Linksys\WPC100\WLAN.INI can't found." Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I am using my other laptop to try to figure this out. Any help is appreciated and any other details you need will be provided to the best of my ability.
