Looking for free software for converting files from phones ,scaccners and

other gadgets to use in computer.? I want to be using my phone to record sounds ,pictures ,writings and all forms of known data but i will need a software that will be converting the files in those that can be used by computers .I just can't know how to find this softwares ,someone please help me!!!
