We have had this particular blu-ray player for less than two months and it already has stopped working. It will pay DVDs just fine but not blu rays! I called the company and of course they knew nothing! I need help. We just wasted a couple hundred dollars on a new DVD player. Has anyone else had this problem and if so were you able to fix it and how??? The error says that the disc we have put in does not have the play back feature or something like that! Please help me!
