My mum and dad were in the car and a van ran in to the back of it and did quite abit of damage, the van drove off speedily but my mum whipped out her phone and caught the van on camera however as it is a mobile phone image, it's really bad quality and we can't pick up the registration number, does anyone have any tips on how to make the image clearer to at least pick up some of the registration? I have adobe photo shop and psp installed if they're any help?
