marrying family and 7 toed babies question?

ok so i dont really like anyopne in my family.....not that i know of but i have heard that if like a borther and sister do it theyll get babies with like 7 toes and stuff like that is this true or is it just to scare people and how far away related do you have to be in order to not have this kinds of babies...like cousins, second cousins,your cousins cousin you know

First off wrong section. But to answer your question it can happen but it usually takes several generations and for the most part its illigal to marry cousins and siblings. Third second cousins should be safe.
