If the same people who determined what constitutes "wealthy" in the stimulus plan are the ones mentioned in the article, then I'm wealthy. I earn under $90K/year. Don't be fooled into believing that it's only the Bill Gates' of the world who will be taxed. You'll pay, and so will I.
