Hi I'm jst looking for some advise to try and get a somewat flat stomach. I've jst turned 30, 5'5",I'm thin build but to be honest wit myself iv noticed to be gettin a belly. So I'm just wondering wat is the best way to go about gettin it back to the way it was? Wats the best think for me to do?The only exercise I get at the moment is football once aweek and I do press ups and crunch's but I know not enough. Bt I think if I knew exactly wat to do I would be able to stick to it. Thank you so much for ur help.
