Well, it could be several things. If you have recently bought the car, maybe it's just that somebody left their bluetooth device in the car somewhere, and that's what your phone is picking up. But that's unlikely. It most likely is the car's bluetooth. But since it doesn't let you pair with it, it's probably broken or glitching, and is just sending out a signal but can't do anything else. You should go to a dealer and they will definitely find the problem.
