MLA Style: How does one cite an indirect source from the internet within the text?

The MLA Wizard seems to be temporarily down. =/ I've done a bit of searching, but I can only come up with how to cite an indirect source and how to cite an internet source. I can't find how to put the two together (such as a website quoting a letter to the editor).
