Last Tuesday (13th Nov) I signed up to a new contract with Orange after T-Mobile failed to get the handset that I wanted (HTC One X+) so I rang Orange on Tuesday & gave them my PAC code and was told my number would be ported across by Thursday 15th Nov between 11 - 4. It is now the 22nd Nov and this still isn't complete. I am experiencing a split service so some calls are going to my T-Mobile SIM & some to the Orange. I'm not receving any texts on my Orange SIM they're all going to my T-mobile one.
Please can someone help. Every time I ring orange they fob me off again saying "24 hrs" or they put me through to the wrong department. I'm getting nowhere.
What can I do and how do I escalate this.
