Motorbike insureance on a restricted 600cc bike for 17 year old?

Well basically the story is, i've got a 600cc motorbike in my back garden which i really like but don't want to sell.
so what i'm thinking to do is to restrict it to a 125cc bike, now i know that it will ruin the bike over time but i honestly don't mind that. But the other thing i want to know is that how much would it cost on insurance for a 17 year old, if they would insure someone on that type of motorbike

It would be an impossibility to restrict a 600cc to a 125cc - you can only reduce the horse power to a 125cc but it will still be a 600cc engine.
