Ok so I got my Motorola Citrus about 2 months ago but I activated it a month later. It has been working just how I want it to. Well it was until yesterday. I turned it on and it said it only had 15% left for battery before I left for school (7:30) so I left it at home plugged in. When I got home (3:45) I unplugged it, turned it on, and checked the battery. Now it said it was 5%. So I plugged it back in while it was still on (as I have been doing for the past month) and was watching it. It shut down and came back on for about 2 minutes then it shut off and did that again. It did that about 4 more times and then it just went black. So I unplugged it and then it wouldn't turn on at all. I tried charging it again tonight and it did the same thing. If this has ever happened to you or someone you know or you know about cell phone issues please help me out. I would really like to continue using this phone for awhile so I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!
Also last week on Wednesday I bought a new lanyard and case for it. I put the lanyard through the lanyard hole and hooked it on the inside lanyard area where the battery and circuit stuff is and put the case over it. Before I got those I put it in a cell phone purse but I lost that. I hope those don't have anything to do with the problem.
