MOTOROLA CITRUS HELP! How do I turn the text volume up or silent? And How do I find

my ringtones? I'm a little new to the smart phones, but seriously I went through all my settings to find the volume for my text, I cant hear them at all, I always have to lookat my phone, if anyone could help id appreciate it!!!
ALSO How te heck do I delete a contact, and eas text conversations?
