I'll make this short. I was given a Cliq, and I have been using it without data ( just for texting) Today I updated my plan to $50/month talk/tex/web plan with my pre-paid SIM card. Everything works fine. But I can't get into the Market because it's asking me the password to the MOTOBLUR account from previous user. the MOTOBLUR account and GOOGLE account is locked.
Would a factory reset be safe to delete all data?
And would I be able to create my own MOTOBLUR/GOOGLE account with my pre-paid plan?
Can I do the reset without my SIM card and SD card in the phone?
