Motorola i450 cell phone help?

its not my phone, it belonged to my sisters friend, but she gave it to me. I tried putting in a tmobile sim card in it and it said please wait to enter a passcode and said emergency use only. Do i need to get the system reset or something? What can I do so I can use the phone?
it says please wait to enter special code and doesnt change
when i close the front screen says subsidy lock

Ok..Search through the google to get the pass code for that Mobile.Otherwise.You can Unlock the Mobile Motorola I450 using the Unlock code..In here Wicked Unlock.com- Unlock Your Phone You can get that at low cost.
