Hello I was wondering if anyone can help me, I'm very ill and thin and picky about what I eat. I loved those MCdonalds Mozzarella dippers that were on the spring menu. Problem is they do not make them anymore, does anyone have a good recipe to make them with the exact ingredients and instructions please.

Another thing I love is the cheesy crust on pizzas, is it possible to buy just the cheesy crust bit on its own anywhere or does anyone have a good recipe to make them. These will all really help me eat lots more.

Ps. I do not like tomato much so please none of those in any recipes
Thanks for your time.

Sorry to hear that you are very ill. I'm wondering if you need to check with your MD about what foods will help you thru your illness (?) here are some thoughts, though:

1. Jack in the Box has mozzarella dippers, as does Lyon's restaurant. You can also purchase them in the frozen foods section of your grocery store in the snack area.
2. Cheesy crust and nothing else? You might consider purchasing premade pizza dough and create your own. This would mean rolling your dough around mozzarella etc. You might also consider purchasing pizza shells and adding your own ingrediants, then popping them in the oven and baking them.
3. If worse comes to worse, call your favorite pizza place and put in a custom order for a cheezy crust with no sauce and whatever else you want on it.

I'm not exactly sure you can make them yourself- they're so unhealthy. Instead, you could occasionally go to Applebees. They have mozzarella dippers. :) and other cheesy foods.

Forget those dippers.
Try this instead.
Fried brie wedges & rasberry sauce.
you need: brie (chopped in blocks), breadcrumbs.
Roll the brie in the breadcrumbs. Fry until golden. Dry off and serve.
