my 08 t&c ves dvd system stopped working the light is blinking but it won't play?

it worked fine then all the sudden it wouldn't work the light blinks as if there is a dvd in it I shut it off turn it back on and same thing , I even pulled the fuse hoping to reset it but it didn't work any help
