My 2002 52" RCA Projection Home Theatre model # P52937SG screen bows?

My 2002 52" RCA Projection Home Theatre model # P52937SG screen bows on the top and on the bottom. And it also has red and green shadowing along the sides of the picture, and the picture seems to big for the screen. What is causing this and how can I fix it?
