My 2002 honda accord v6 coupe hesitates a little?

When I'm cruising at about 45-50 mph I notice a brief hesitation only for a second like the car isn't getting any gas then it returns to normal. It has been doing this for about a year and hasn't gotten any worse. I'm just worried that it's the transmission. I hope it's still under warranty. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks
 
does it hesitate when you step on the gas again? when does it choke? when you're just cruising?
