Hey i had this, got a new phone, but i didn't give up you see i wanted to sell my phone, but if it didn't work then there way no point- way less money. I had this problem- it can be solved by pressing alt, aA, del all at the same time, and Z have a few tries and soon you'll be able to get in! was so happy to do this, help this helps xx
