Apr 28, 2013 #2 G Gumcontrol New member Mar 12, 2013 7 0 1 ~ Either the disk has scratches, misplacements on it. in which case you need to go to the disk manufacturer and get it replaced, OR ~ Your dp9301 isn't working properly. in which case you need to go to Walamrt, K-mart or walgreens or Traget and ask for a refund and a new one.
