My car doesnt want to start and when it does it chugs bad?

Can anyone give me an idea what could be wrong with my car? Ok i thought that maybe it was my starter because it takes me like 3 tries to start my car and last time that i drove it alls it did was chug really bad.. i have a 96 grand prix... what do you think this is?
 
there's thhree reasons why a car would not start compression not building theres no spark or there is a fluid problem sounds like there is a part that need 2 be replace
