a well known company changed my car window screen and damaged the car they admitted responsibility got a quote now they are saying that they accept liability they wont me to get it done and pay me on completion or they will pay the garage direct i don't trust them to pay up can i get them to pay me direct as i don't want to end up out of pocket as as vat has increased and quote can a lot higher
