My cellphone is constantly being called by a Collection Agency, they always ask...

...for someone else. Help? I've called the agency several times but they keep calling everyday for the same woman. I'm in high school and its really annoying having my phone ring everyday because this woman cant pay her bills. Is there anything I could do about this woman using my phone number because she is in debt? Would it be considered fraud? Its been going on for half a year now... (I know the woman's full name if it matters)

Try sending the agency a letter, detailing when you got the phone and the number and explaining that this woman is not associated with this number any longer. In the letter, tell them to stop calling the number or you will have to report them.
Alternatively, ask an adult to answer the phone for you when the agency calls again, and tell them that you're a minor and they need to stop harassing you.
Good Luck - I have the same problem. I tell one agency, they stop calling, then a month later it's another agency for the same person.
(I hate deadbeats!)
