My Computer Screen is Black (WIndows 7)?

When I log on, the startup windows shows, but the log in screen is black, so I can't log into my laptop. I need help to figure out what to do. Cause I'm lost and I don't hav a clue, as to how to fix this problem.
And when I log onto Safe Mod, Safe Mode Networking, &/or Safe Mode Co. It still shows blank. I can't log onto my laptop.
