I've had problems with Toshiba DVD Player before, but never like this. Whenever I try to watch a DVD on my computer, whether it be though Toshiba DVD Player or Windows Media Player or any other type of video viewing whatyouhave, the sound that comes out of the speakers sounds nothing short of a robot voice. The audio becomes extremely slowed and any and all sounds from the DVD sound 'robotic'. I've messed around in the settings on both players as well as the sound settings in my computer's control panel but I haven't gotten anywhere close to fixed. However, oddly enough whenever I play my iTunes or any videos off the Internet, the sound comes out crystal clear and perfect. I'm not a computer whiz in any way, so this just has me baffled.

The system I'm using is a Windows Vista laptop, and on a sidenote, my speakers are built into my computer. Any help is greatly appreciated...
