Ok, we have a modem and a router that are ON and my xbox will connect, my labtop, my parents, but my cousin whos living with us for awhile, wont...I am wired connected but hes wireless and it WAS working awhile ago, like yesterday but now he cant connect. It detects the network, the internet, but wont connect to live....
We've tried a lot of things but need new suggestions, it tells us to reset the modem for 30 seconds and that doesnt work worth a shit, but it also says something about opening a port in our router which I would do if I knew how to access it...including what the user name and pass is...
