I have a mac, with snow leopard as the operating system, I use firefox, I often stream videos online and use divx web player, but every once in a while i get the message " This file contains a track in an unknown format. You may need to install a QuickTIme decoder for this video format in order to play this file." I tried everything, but nothing works, and I can't play videos online with divx. What do I do?
