My DSi won't let me connect to the GTS on Pokemon Diamond?

My DSi won't let me connect to the GTS on Pokemon Diamond?
It connects to everything else on the Internet, except for the GTS? Is something wrong with my game? How do I fix it?
It'll let me save, I'll go in the room, but then it just won't find an Internet connection!?
 
Same with mine i went to nintendo wifi in game setting at start menu
It shows wep of old ds not the wpa psk dsi supports
