My DVD ROM Stopped working and i cannot install Grand Theft Auto 4. Any ideas?

Is their a way i can download Grand Theft Auto 4 So i can use my CD KEY Form the book out of my Game Box to activate it? Because my DVD ROM is dead.
And I CANNOT aforde to buy a new dvd rom. thay are to much anything over 20$ i cant buy so dont tell me to >.<
