and hang out and yes sorry to say still ? Hook up.the last time we met we decided to finally move on. We haven't seen eachother in three weeks. But he texts me or I text him small conversation which ends with him ignore me or I ignore him. Today I text him we ask what we been up to everything was normal then he started to act like a big ass jerk after I told him it was gross him growing out his hair "I don't care its my hair ""I was joking I really don't care "GOOD" "YOUR MEAN""ITS NOT THE FIRST I've HEARD THAT""YOU'RE A JERK""IM JUST TELLING THE TRUTH ""WHY DO U HAVE to be a jerk all the time " and that was it he never text me back what's his deal.why is getting meaner n meaner towards me?

sounds like you both know it's over but are both afraid of being single. Time to end it and just accept that you are single again. If he doens't have the balls to do it then you need to.
