...preserve the body well? very sad, i found her this morning not breathing in her cage. My gf is currently out of country and will be back in about 10 days. Can't really tell her over the phone and plus i don't want to dispose of the hamster yet without her acknowledgment.

i put the body in a ziplock bag and buried it in a tiny square box so any smell doesn't leak. I understand it's kinda gross but i feel like it needs to be done.

can anyone tell me if this is good for about 10 days? thanks.
 
If my hamster died..i would not want to see it's dead body 10 days later...i would want to remember him/her alive and well.


I would dispose of the body.

RIP little hamster!
