my hauwei U8510 won't let me connect to internet or bluetooth!!?

Every time I try to connect to internet all it does is attempts to connect then it say disconnected.
I also tried resetting my phone back to factory setting which didn't do much... and there is an notification icon but when I check my notification there is nothing there.

Reset your router and see if that helps the internet. Not sure about blue tooth.
