my itouch is stuck on the black screen with the apple on it PLEASE HELP!!!?

its stuck on the black screen with the apple in the middle
i jail breaked it then i tried downloading a red and black wallpaper then it said to reboot now it keeps on staying on the black screen and it turns white for like 2 seconds every couple of seconds
PLEASE HELP IM A 12 YEAR OLD BOY WHOS TRYING TO HAVE FUN WITH IS ITOUCH ITS 4.3.5 PLEASE HELP!!!!
 
And this is why you don't jailbreak your iPod, especially if your warranty is still in date, because Apple's not gonna help you at all.
