My laptop will play DVD's, but not Blu Rays. Help?

I have a Dell Studio 15 laptop running Windows 7 with a BD-Rom drive. It used to play both DVD's & Blu Rays, but will no longer play the Blu Rays. DVD's still work fine. I've uninstalled the device drivers and reinstalled, but it still doesn't work. "My Computer" still shows it as a BD-Rom drive and it recognizes that the movie is there, but it just won't play it. It gets to the loading screen but never goes any farther. I've tried to update Cyberlink PowerDVD, but it says that it is current. I don't know what else to do. Any ideas?
