75% of the time, the screen on my LG Versa will not show anything. I am able to see the backlight light up and the screen gets brighter, but no actual picture will show up. The functionality of the phone, though, remains intact. I can guess where buttons are on the screen and try to haphazardly make phone calls to people that have tried to text me. Since the Versa is all touch screen, when this happens I am not able to do/see anything on my phone. I keep relatively good care of my phone and it rarely leaves my pocket, so I do not know what could have happened.
