My mom is on weight watchers, i need help with the nutrition's and stuff?...?

She is trying to be healthy and i want to cook her meals for a few weeks but i need help with the calories, im only 13 and i don't know whats to much or too little!. HELP

please make sure she stays off diet soda with artificial sweeteners..that can make u so fat because it messes with your blood sugar levels. stevia, a plant, is OK.

for portion size...just think fist full for protein; as much veggies and salad as possible
weight watchers is all about low fat/high fiber.
