Hi everyone i have the official sony ps3 bluetooth and ive had it for a while and up until now nothing wrong has happened to it. This one time while i was playing call of duty black ops we entered into a game and everyone sounded like they were very far away and my bluetooths volume was all the way up and i went into accessory settings and checked everything and everything seemed fine except for the fact that i could not raise or lower the volume on my bluetooth because it would only stay at level 3 but level 1,2,4 and 5 were all dark grey and i couldn't click on them. Does anyone know why or how this happened and how to fix this?! I've tried to delete the bluetooth and register it again but that still didn't change anything so please help me!! ):
