My parents let my younger brother smoke but not me?

he is 16 and he started when he was 13, he's got some mental problems (in away) and my parents feel bad for him and say cigarettes help calm him down, my brother smokes with my parents, i asked my mom if i could to and she said NO i don't want you to smoke (i do "behind there backs" haha) i started when i was 14 (im 18 now) and my parents have no clue still. but i do think my parents are unfair!!!!
