My penis hurts and is seeking advice?

first off im 19 and uncut, i hurt myself masterbating and now it hurts , i think i hurt my frenulum and now i dont know if i should go see a doctor. The pain is hard to describe but it comes and goes, the colour of the frenulum is like a dark red/ purple colour. I need advice cuz i am stressing about this.
