My PS3 bluetooth doesnt connect to the ps3?

I have a ICON item# ASD116 model p5hm-001 bluetooth headset for ps3 and i forgot how to connect it. I heard that i could put in pairing mode but how. I hold the power button for 5 - 10 seconds but it doesnt work ... Maybe it want to connect on something else ???
This is the only bluetooth i have

When headset off press and hold lighting button till it flashes red and blue.
Pairing mode
The put in pass wich should be 0000
