my sky screen has suddenly gone small and im getting black bars down the side...

...but it only happened yesterday? and ive had sky for over a year in full screen and it does it for every channel can some one help me
my tv is about 29-32 inches and the settings on sky were 16:9 and it was fine till yesterday
