My Sony Ericsson W760 phone is updating software for already 2 hours, is that normal?

Yea im using update service from sony ericsson, it is at 99% now for one and a half hour, is that normal or something gone wrong? My phone was charged and turned off and there is nothing wrong with the USB cable. Should I pull out the cable or...? I'm afraid to pull out the cable I dont want something to happen... What to do??

You will probably just have to reset it (it sounds like it is frozen), but if you aren't pressed for time I would let it sit for a while longer. Depending on what type of update it is making, it could mess up your phone software to interrupt it.

Hii i have the same fone and it took mine 4 hours to update nearly and then it was still not fully finished so gave up sorry x
