Okay, so I bought a T-mobile pre paid phone for $15 and 130 minutes for $25. The guy at the register at the store activated it. When I got home I decided to buy a game for fun. Then I checked my balance on the phone and it said 35 cents. The game was $2.99 and I bought $25, so what's wrong? Can someone please help?
