My tomtom isn't working?

So, when I turn on on my tomtom its flashing a red and white x
and wont let me get to anything else

my tomtom is charged, so i know it isnt the battery

Can you please tell me whats wrong? Thanks!
 
Your problem is easy. You have a tomtom. Get a Garmin. Hell if you want a new phone and a good GPS get a garmin phone. Tomtom sucks. Go with garmin. Military uses garmin. I have a garmin. Girlfriend has a garmin. Family all have garmins. never had a problem with them.
