...what could it be? As it says, my truck was clicking and I had someone jump the battery after cleaning the corrosion in it. We tried to start it with the cables still attached, it would turn over but not stay running. Should I continue charging or not? Or could it be something different? I don't know if it matters but it's an '01 Dodge

"after cleaning the corrosion in it"?

Sounds to me like you need a new battery.

Sound like your alternator might not be charging. Get your battery tested after charging, if the battery's ok and it's still acting up make sure your battery connections are clean and tight, if it's still there then it could be your alternator. If you have a voltmeter put it on the positive and negative battery terminals while the car is running and you should have close to 14 volts if not your alternator may be dead. Make Sure that your battery is good first.
