My mom accidentally washed my Env2 cell phone and it was on but when she took it out it was off.
I took it apart and flipped it opened and haven't turned it back on.
When do you think I should turn it back on?
What will the damages be?

it probly won't work, but give it a try! you never know. If you tell the people at verizon what happend, they might give you a new one if you show them your damaged one. Good Luck!
