My wii internet channel keeps coming up with could not find proxy server?

and i don't no what to do nintendo are no help and i do have wireless router set up everything else works just not this channel. the thing is i shouldn't need one as i have it set up at home not in a office or summet like that any ideas much appreciated thxs
