My Xbox 360 disc has this huge scratch?

The scratch is a ring going all around the disc. Is it fixable? Or should I just go out and buy the game again? I don't know how the scratch was formed, but I think my brother did it when he knocked the Xbox 360 when I was playing on the game. Help please?
