I read the book almost 10 years ago, so my description will be rather vague. The book took place in the future and something with internet viruses posing as angels. People we're able to up link to the internet through their heads and see the internet in their vision in one eye. Also there was a city of mutants, an arch angel (michael??) and a woman as the main character, and they fall in love.
